Carriageworks Young Theatre Makers (CYTM) are young people aged 11-18 who meet
weekly to develop skills as performers, writers and
directors. Working as a team, they create and perform
their own new performances in the environment of a professional

Night Leeds, Holocaust Memorial Day and in partnership with
Leeds City Museum.

This beautiful 21-year-old whisky is a new addition to the
Tobermory range that was finished in ex-oloroso sherry casks.
These were chosen to create flavours reminiscent of foraged fruit
found scattered across the distillery's charming home on the Isle
of Mull.
Hazelnuts, aromatic spices and red berries creep through treacle
on the nose, and you will find plenty of sweet notes reminiscent
of marzipan, toffee and sultanas balanced by ginger on the
palate.

You’ll
no doubt have heard by now that Bergerac is back! The iconic
crime detective series is returning to our shores, with
filming due to begin on the island this month. Damien
Molony, best known for his roles in the TV shows Derry
Girls and Brassic, will take over the role made famous by
John Nettles in the 1980s. The series will be directed by Colm
McCarthy (The Bastard Son & the Devil Himself,
Peaky Blinders).

Did

...Cider
was the island's biggest export and the “national crop”
well before the arrival of the Jersey Royal potato. The
quality of both Jersey apples and cider was held in high
esteem in France and the UK. Now, only a few orchards
remain – but the art of making delicious Jersey cider is
still alive and well here in Jersey.
