We're super proud to announce that The Woods in Chapel Allerton is now part of the fam. The Woods is already known for its cool welcoming atmosphere, gorgeous sun terrace, great drink selection, live music, and badass pizza, without the need to change much, it's already a great fit. A blend of pot and column still rums, it was aged in American whiskey casks for 20 years before spending an additional year maturing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It was bottled at 45% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring and just 4,200 bottles were released. Within this oustanding dram, you will find stewed plums, salted caramel and toasted oak on the nose, whilst finding lingering notes of vanilla, dark cherry and banoffee pie on the palate. Playing hits and rarietes from the 50's, 60's and 70's brought to new life by some of Leeds' top groove merchants.   Advance Ticket   SATURDAY - FUNK & GROOVE   18:30 - 20:30 The Jon Scully Three  This trio, led by Leeds-based trumpet player and singer Jon Scully, plays music from the early days of jazz. With tunes you'll recognise from the people who laid the foundations of jazz - Ellington, Cole Porter and Nat King Cole.
