are delighted to welcome acclaimed medieval historian and author Ian Mortimer for afternoon and
evening events, as the next guest in our Book Talk lineup. Ian will
be speaking about The Time Traveller's Guide to
Medieval England at 4pm and Medieval
Horizons: Why the Middle Ages Matter at 7:30pm.
Learn some essential facts in case you find yourself visiting the
Medieval period, and how the Middle Ages weren't quite so dark as
we might think!
Please note: If you are visiting the
castle that day, you are welcome to join the 4pm
event free of charge. Please show your castle Admission Ticket at
the door.
The 7:30pm talk is a separate, ticketed
event.
