This month Jacq is hosting a special London Writers’
Club introduction to the new London Writers’ Room.
Why is writing so painful? Why is it so hard to get
it as you’d like it to be, or even just to sit down and do it at
all?? Lots of people tell Jacq that they find writing hard. She
didn’t need them to tell her that. She often finds it hard too.
But she’s found a way around it.
She’s created a virtual online room where writers
can come to write. Why? Because finding time to write can easily
be pushed to the end of your to-do list. Making a commitment to
turning up on a regular basis and being held accountable, can
give you the push and momentum that you need.
So let’s get together in The London Writers’ Room
and spend a little time on focussing our minds for writing, and
then just write! Sounds strange? Here is your opportunity to give
it a try…
Join Jacq on zoom in The London Writers’ Room to
enjoy a quiet space to write and a short time for questions afterwards.
What to
expect:
- Clear the time
and the space to commit to writing
- Start with a Focus exercise to get in the
right headspace
- Quiet Writing time in the good company of
other writers
- Be curious not critical about what arises
and learn how to progress your writing
- Ask questions and get Jacq’s support
