Mehdi Hasan In Conversation with
Baroness Sayeeda Warsi

Famous for his work as a
senior political editor and presenter for Al Jazeera, Mehdi Hasan
has gained a reputation for his hard-hitting and
thought-provoking interviews on politics, international relations
and current events.
He is widely recognised as
one of the key voices in political journalism, leading him to
Washington D.C., where he worked for Al Jazeera, The Intercept
and as a presenter of UpFront and Head-to-Head. More recently,
his insightful reporting has resulted in the launch of The Mehdi
Hasan Show, where he gives a deeper context for politics in our
society. Mehdi has been named one of The 100 Most Influential
Britons on Twitter and featured in the annual global list of The
500 Most Influential Muslims in the World.

coming to Bradford for an in conversation with Sayeeda Warsi to
celebrate the release of his book Win Every Argument. Last few tickets

Mehdi
Hasan is an award-winning British-American
journalist, anchor and author. He is the host of The
Mehdi Hasan Show, which airs on both MSNBC and NBC’s
streaming channel Peacock. Hasan is a former
columnist and podcaster at The Intercept, and his
op-eds have also appeared in The New York Times and
The Washington Post. He was formerly the political
editor of The New Statesman and Win Every
Argument is his second book.

|
Baroness
Sayeeda Warsi, Britain’s first Muslim Cabinet
minister, is also a lawyer, businesswoman and racial
justice campaigner. She served as Chairman of the
Conservative Party, in the Foreign and Commonwealth
Office, and as Minister for Faith and Communities. In
the summer of 2014 she resigned from government,
citing its morally indefensible policy on Gaza.
Sayeeda is author of The Enemy Within
and A
Tale of Muslim Britain.
