Body Beautiful: Diversity on the Catwalk

Discover how today’s fashion industry is challenging perceptions and
championing alternative ideals of beauty in a new exhibition at the
National Museum of Scotland.
Opening Thursday 23 May, Body Beautiful: Diversity on the Catwalk
will examine the work of fashion creatives who are embracing inclusivity
and body positivity, exploring themes such as size, gender, age, race and
disability.
See pivotal looks from designers including Max Mara, Ashish, Vivienne
Westwood, Pam Hogg and Jean Paul Gaultier, and hear from key influencers
in the industry, from models and stylists to photographers, editors and
educators.

New arrivals at
the farm

With lambing and calving underway and
the kitchen garden in full bloom, now is the perfect time for a visit
to the National Museum of Rural Life. An Aberdeen Angus cross bull calf
(pictured) was born on Easter Sunday, and named Angus by one of our
visitors. Meet Angus and other newborn animals at the farm
and keep up-to-date by following us on Facebook and Twitter. With our Annual Pass you can pay once to visit
