Dear, Did you know that there are at least four scientifically proven ways
that we are connected to trees? I don’t have space to tell you what they are
here, but given the outpouring of grief over the Sycamore Gap tree that was
brutally felled recently, it’s a good moment to reflect on that – and to
reach out and give your nearest tree a hug (they’ll feel it). I thank Giles
Hutchins, regenerative leadership coach and podcast host, for
these arboreal insights. He conducts business coaching outside within his
60-acre Sussex woods, imparting to us that nature is by far our best teacher.
We intuitively know this but sometimes we can’t see the woods for the trees.
