Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Cognac casks – some of which were sourced from the cellars of Camus in the heart of the Cognac region. As with all entries in the Exceptional Cask Selection, Touchstone is non-chill filtered and bottled at natural cask strength. You can expect lots of classic Foursquare citrus oils and soft fruits with a little added French oak spice. You can expect to hear Jazz, Blues, Soul & some ear-opening detours – all classics but delivered in Emily’s warmly alert & soul-enlarging style.   FRIDAY - THE DOMINO SOUND   8:30pm - 11:00pm The Chris Lloyd Quartet  Louis Louis Louis's piano wizard Chris Lloyd and his quartet will be playing 2 sets of Rhythm and Blues bangers.   11:45am - 2am The Domino Rhythm & Blues Band  The Domino Rhythm and blues band are back for our late-night sessions with 2 sets of blistering Rhythm and Blues from Midnight - 2am!   SATURDAY - FUNK & GROOVE   8:30pm - 11:00pm Dija Bhlue Soul singer Dija Bhlue is inspired by Neo-Soul/Jazz and R&B artists from Jill Scott to Aretha Franklin. Backed by an exceptional band, it's always a great night when Dija's in town.   11:45pm - 2am  The House Band  Featuring an all-star cast from Leeds thriving Jazz-Soul and Funk scene, expect Funk Soul and all things groovy.   SUNDAY - ROOTS   9:00pm - 11:30pm   Dan Burnett    With influences rooted in Soul, Funk, and Blues.
