On Saturday we kick things off with the soulful Brothers on the Slide followed by the cream of the Leeds Funk Jazz and Groove scene, The Domino House Band. The Sotol plant or Dasylirion comes from a compound of the Greek words for “dense” and “lily”. This evergreen plant grows in the deserts and is used in the northern states of Mexico to produce a distilled beverage known as Sotol. There are around twenty species of plants used to make Sotol with Wheeleri being the most ubiquitous. Wheeleri is also the local varietal near to Gerardo Ruelas’ distillery near the town of Aldama and produces a spirit with an earthy, vegetal character but with a rounded sweetness on the palate. Domino Club says "Pat is the real deal. you won’t find a finer blues singer working today” Billboard Magazine USA said "Pat Fulgoni could sing a pearl from its oyster”.     11:45am - 2am High Fade High Fade are Scotland's freshest New Era Funk and Disco outfit, rapidly rising to prominence in the uk Funk scene after clocking up over 10 million views on their unstoppable track Sharper up. Get down early for this one, High Fade are creating quite the fan base.   SATURDAY - FUNK & GROOVE   8:30pm - 11:00pm Brothers on the Slide  Brothers on the Slide are one of Leeds top Funk + Soul bands. They specialize in putting their own spin on classic songs from artists such as The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and The Four Tops to name a few.   11:45pm - 2am  The Domino House Band   Featuring an all-star cast from Leeds thriving Jazz-Soul and Funk scene.
