Dear, Were you team Barbie or team Oppenheimer? I was definitely in the
pink, unsure as to whether I could stomach a film that the director,
Christopher Nolan, said ‘might emotionally destroy you’. Yeah, not today,
thanks. I’m more manifestation and imagination which is why I’ve loved the
latest print issue of Positive News, which dives into why the power of
imagination is important when we’re thinking about our future. If we believe
it to be all water shortages, power cuts and starving polar bears, how do we
then get up each day? It’s overwhelming. But if we can manifest a different
sort of future – one where gas and oil companies are no longer, their
workforce reemployed in renewables, where our rivers run clean and
sewage-free and AI has revolutionised health care, neural pathways can change
and optimism can flood in. And with optimism comes the urge to act to be part
of making that better future a reality. Have a great week. Photo:
