Our critically acclaimed exhibition Audubon’s Birds of America closes on Sunday 8 May. Don’t miss your last chance to see this once-in-a-lifetime display about one of the rarest and most coveted books in the world.

See 46 original, unbound prints alongside a rare bound copy of Birds of America, as well as taxidermy specimens showing the accurate life-size rendering of Audubon’s paintings. Discover Edinburgh's role in the development of the book and consider both Audubon’s complex and problematic story, as well as the conservation lessons we can learn from his publication.
