Seven will be closed on New
Year’s Day. Seven will also be closed for maintenance from Tuesday 2 January until 5pm on
Friday 5 January. We wish all our customers, performers and
audience members a Very Happy New Year.
On Sunday 7 January
1-2pm, Anything Can Happen.
The popular, unique storytellers with a twist are back! Improvising
children’s ideas on the spot and bringing their stories to life before
their eyes, this show is engaging, creative and
hilarious. Suitable for 4 – 12 year olds. £3 (adults free).
Get back into the swing of Seven's regular events on Tuesday 9 January 7.30pm at
Café Economique –The Price
of Wellbeing and the Costs of Cutting Corners. Dr
Julie Gosling, Institute of Mental Health talks about her academia and
activism in campaigning against neoliberal and austerity-fuelling
politics, and in fighting for redistribution of health assets among and
within communities of ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots. £4 on the door.
And on Wednesday 10
January, 8pm, it is Seven Live – The Silver
Reserve. This month, DIY purveyors of folk-tinged
eclecticism, The Silver Reserve, with Matthew Sturgess, Zebedee
Budworth, Xander Edwards, Benjamin Wall, Sam Foster, and Jack Chandler.
Plus special guests Pen and Stu and Joe Kemp. £7 otd.
