Inspired by Picasso's blue period Malike Roberts delves into the narratives of mental illness in communities of color.

Through oil, acrylic, augmented reality integration, and sculpture, Roberts extols the pain experienced by his subjects while shining light on the societal conditions responsible for their hardship.

New York artist Bianca Romero recently displayed her latest work—a 1,000 square foot mural that visualizes a journey across the world.
Japan, France, Mexico and America are all represented in the mural, with each cultural stop there is a correlation to a specific liquor brand. Each of these stops are all brought to life through aspects like silhouettes of the bottles, collaged nightlife scenes, and abstract landmarks from around the world.
In celebration of her largest mural, Bianca is giving away one tequila bottle (Hornitos) and one signed print.
Short Story Selection
As the son of the High Duke of an interstellar empire, Dennison Crestmar is under a microscope, expected to be great.
However, Dennison's track record proves he is merely not gifted in the ways of war and combat.
His crew does not expect him to win any battles, nor are they eager to follow him. Aware of this, he still attempts his best to prove them wrong.
Perhaps stepping out of his father’s shadow and addressing the rebels in front of him is precisely what he needs.

The Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art is featuring artist Jordan Eagles for his pieces titled Jesus, Christie’s. The show is based around the lucrative amount of money Da Vinci’s Salvator Mundi painting was sold for at Christie’s (the most expensive artwork in history).
The exhibition features an original copy of the Christie’s Salvator Mundi sale catalog, laser-cut to accommodate twelve medical tubes used for collecting the blood of an HIV+ undetectable long-term survivor and activist.
The pieces are meant to represent a modern-day reliquary and demonstrate the value we put on objects over human life.
