4. Luminous Reality
Franco-Venezuelan artist Carlos Cruz-Diez is considered one of the greatest artistic innovators of the 20th and 21st centuries. This exhibition presents focuses on his exploration of kinetic-optic art through the use of colour, light and illusion. Until 6 September


5. Beyond Time
The 18th-century chapel at Yorkshire Sculpture Park has been transformed with 2000 balls of white wool into an immersive installation. Themes of life, death and belonging are explored while also drawing on the history of the building. Until 2 September

P.S. Talking of things to do in Leeds this weekend, my husband and I will be at the Barry Mannilow concert tonight at Leeds First Direct Arena. I believe there are still some tickets available if this is your cup of tea.
