Daddy's Books Welcomes Visitors Daddy’s Books, a project curated by artists Caitlin MacBride and Lauren Faigeles at Life Lessons Garage in Far Rockaway, N.Y., opened its reading room this past weekend. The space stocks more than 100 artists' books, zines, comics, poetry chapbooks, and works of fiction donated by artists, writers, and publishers for perusal (but not for sale). The collection boasts books by such iconic artists as Julian Schnabel and classic zines such as 'RE/search' alongside works by emerging writers and artists.
