Summer Reading Challenge

SRCKirklees Libraries are excited to announce that this year’s Summer Reading Challenge will start on Saturday 14th July. Children aged 4 to 11 years can join the Summer Reading Challenge for free in any Kirklees Library from this Saturday onwards. Get your Beanotown map, stickers, and prizes and collect your certificate and medal if you complete the challenge. Happy menacing and happy reading!

Cartoon Capers Family Storywalks

storywalkCartoon Capers Family Storywalks will be held over the summer holidays! make sure to book your tickets because family storywalks are a great way to get outdoors, stay healthy and enjoy books and reading at the same time.
Are you a menace like Dennis?
A peril like Beryl?
Or a superhero like Spiderman?
This summer we're heading out of the library to explore the outdoors in our cartoon character themed storywalks.
Fancy dress encouraged!
