Creative Kirklees newsletter

Here is the latest Creative Kirklees newsletter for my followers to peruse:

Creative Kirklees Newsletter 3 April 2018

Have you heard about Temporary Contemporary?
Temporary Contemporary places contemporary art within vacant spaces in Queensgate Market and is transforming vacant stalls into gallery spaces. This initiative has emerged through a partnership between the traders at Queensgate Market, Kirklees Council and the School of Art, Design & Architecture at the University of Huddersfield. Two fabulous exhibitions will be on display from Friday 6 April. ‘Place, Space, Action’ is there for one week until 14 April and ‘Market Hardware’ will be showing for 3 weeks until 28 April. We hope you get chance to bob in and have a look!
For those of you still enjoying the Easter holidays, there are lots of children’s activities around and the Page Turners Festival continues! The newsletter is full of ideas to feed your creativity, but remember, there’s only room for us to include a fraction of what’s going on now and in the weeks ahead – so do keep checking the site to see what’s on – content is added daily!
Have a great week – whatever the weather!
