Creative Kirklees
Latest Events, News and Opportunities

Wednesday, March 18th

Creativity continues to flourish across Kirklees this March, with culture, markets and community coming together in vibrant ways.

English Tourism Week is in full swing, shining a spotlight on the people, places and stories that make Kirklees such a distinctive destination to visit, explore and enjoy. It’s also been great to see what fellow West Yorkshire partners are celebrating this week, sharing inspiring stories that make our region creatively distinct.

From Thursday 19 to Saturday 21 March, the much‑loved International Market returns, filling Huddersfield town centre with global flavours, colour and atmosphere.

The creative scene remains just as lively, with inspiring events, exhibitions and gatherings taking place across the borough, from community-led celebrations to opportunities for creatives to connect, share ideas and showcase their work.

Discover what’s on below and find even more across our websites.
