WRITERS CLUB AT CITY LIBRARY
Could YOUR story be the next big YA
sensation?
Come
along to The Stranger Fiction Writer’s Club at City Library and find out.
The club is aimed at 12-16
year olds eager to spend an hour or so writing, having fun and making new
friends.
Maybe you can conjure up a
hero with the psychic visions and biting sarcasm of Wednesday Addams, or
perhaps you’d rather dig into the inexplicable world of the paranormal
like Stranger Things. Or you might just want to embrace your inner Geek
Girl/Boy.
Whatever your vibe, we will
find something for you, exploring all sorts of different writing styles
from creating horror bites on TikTok, to short stories, poetry and even
raps.
Oh and more
importantly...there will be biscuits!
The
FREE course, led by writer Andrea Hardaker, will run for six weeks
starting Wednesday, Nov 6, from 4.30pm - 6pm at City Library.
