Improvised Musical @ Seven
This week at Seven just a few tickets remaining for Beneath The Surface,
tomorrow, Thursday
24th October, 7.30pm. Three powerful monologues, stories of
our time, bringing moments of humour, pain, joy, regret, wistfulness,
total despair, and quiet contentment. Doors 7pm. Seven Venue. £12 /£10 conc.
Our favourite duo, Cobalt Tales returns to Seven Arts with a new
creation, We’ll Find a Voice,
on Friday 25th
October, 7.30pm, blending some familiar songs and new
material, to take us on a trip through time – from the 16th to the 21st
century, exploring women navigating through a man’s world. Seven Venue. £12.50 adv. £15 on
the door. Organised by Mewl Music.
On Saturday 26th
October, 4-6pm, Autumn Sessions – Paula
Ryan. Singer, Songwriter & Gaelic “Funkstress”, Paula is
a compelling singer / songwriter, born and bred in Tipperary, whose
powerful, insightful songs are inspired by the lyricism and musical
passion of her Irish roots.
Seven Bar. Pay What You Feel donations. Organised by Mewl Music.
Also, on Saturday 26th
October, 7.30pm, every night is opening night for The Totally Improvised
Musical, as these top improvisers compose brand-new comedy
musicals from your title suggestions. Picking up rave reviews, you've
never seen a musical like this. A crowd-pleasing night of live music,
laughter and songs with no two shows the same. Seven Venue. £15.
Rounding off the weekend on Sunday
27th October, 7pm, Flamenco de Leeds - Samuel
Moore. Get ready to be captivated by his
mesmerizing music, the award winning flamenco guitarist having recently
returned from performing solo at Carnegie Hall (New York). With his
exceptional talent and mastery of flamenco, Samuel will transport you
to the heart of Spain in this performance. Seven Venue £15.
No quiz this week, but the Seven Quiz returns
on Sunday 3rd November

Bar. £5 per team entry. With prizes.
