Rye/Bourbon/Scotch
46.0% ABV
A collaborative whiskey from High West, taking spirit from the
USA and Scotland to produce a one-of-a-kind bottling. It's a
blend of straight bourbon and rye, with high corn and rye
mashbills respectively, with a peaty Scottish single malt. A
superb combination of sweet corn, floral rye and smoky Scotch.
Fun Fact: In 1933 Utah became the 36 and deciding state to
approve the twenty-first amendment, abolishing prohibition in the

East Londoner Olivia Cuttill brings her Quartet to the Domino
tonight. Her influences range from Chet Baker and Miles Davis to

sculpted her melodic improvisation, approach to rhythm and
dynamics and overall love for music.

Featuring an all-star
cast from Leeds thriving Jazz-Soul and Funk scene, the house-band
was built from the ground up with a mission to get people

bewitching and idiosyncratic. The Melbourne born jazz and blues
performer brings grit and grime to her vocals. Playful and
