Having had a great afternoon yesterday at The Royal Armouries watching England versus Australia in the Jousting championship, I can recommend going for the last day (the final) today. Here are a few more ideas too:

Dear,
Bespoke healthcare has to be the way forward. I’ve just started on
the Zoe
programme, flaunting the yellow plastered glucose monitor on my
upper arm like it’s the latest must-have accessory (though apparently it
already is – it’s been spotted on the lithest of bronze limbs around town
and there’s now a massive waiting list). The brainchild of Professor
Tim Spector, the app tests your reactions to certain foods,
combinations of foods, food timings, etc. Together with the results of a
blood fat and gut bacteria test (for base level health lines), you are
rewarded with a completely bespoke approach to how to eat well to live
long. It’s the most in-depth, fantastically designed programme I've come
across – and I’m loving doing it (the glucose monitor is seriously
addictive). My results are yet to be revealed... Watch this space.
Have a great week.

HOT
PILATES IS A THING
We’ve all done the hot yoga thing (a bit sweaty and a bit smelly but kind
of addictive). Are you up for hot pilates though? It’s the new fitness
trend sweeping Tiktok and RL too. Find out where to catch a class here.
