Hennessy Cognac
Created for
the house’s 250th anniversary back in 2015, this exceptionally
rare cognac was named in honour of founder Richard Hennessy’s
son, James, who established the house and hired James Fillioux as
master blender. A member of the Fillioux family has occupied the
role ever since, over 8 generations and over 200 years.
Wonderfully delicate, incredibly well balanced with hints of mild
tobacco and subtle toasty notes on the nose, with fresh apricot,
pistachio and peach on the palate.

Spalding.
