When planet earth is threatened by Foamella, the angry
sea witch, only Granny Norbag can save the day.
Granny Norbag is a 91 year old Yorkshire lass with
magical false teeth that transform her into a mighty superhero. Always
accompanied by Engelbert the parrot, this plucky pensioner has all the
tools in her handbag to solve any problem. However, before she can
become a fully fledged eco warrior, Granny must embark on a quest that
takes her across the seven seas, into a hidden cave at the end of a
rainbow and blasting up into outer space.
Along the way, Granny manages to teach those she meets
the true meaning of friendship, forgiveness and the importance of
teamwork. Can she save the planet and still be back home in time for
Emmerdale? Or will she find herself the prisoner of Foamella, like her
friends: Lady Snooty-Pants, Monsieur Alfonzo and Mayor Sunshine?
Presented by Granny Norbag productions and featuring
characters from the Granny Norbag book series, this hilarious musical
puppet show is written by, and stars, Malcolm J Hogan. Ideal for family
