  • We've changed the cadence of our notifications and emails for better communication. Please do check to be sure SavvyAuthors emails are not going into your spam folder!

Meet the instructor:
Cassandra Carr!

Cassandra Carr is a multi-award winning writer. When not writing, she enjoys watching hockey and hanging out online. Cassandra's books have won numerous "Best Book Of" awards and her novella Power Shift was nominated in the E-book Erotic Romance category of the RT Reviewers' Choice Awards. She thinks the best part of being a writer is penning stories about love and sex while most others struggle with commutes, micro-managing bosses and cranky co-workers.

What previous attendees say about Cassandra's classes:

The lectures are clear and practical, with actionable advice. I've been writing for some time but have never dabbled in romance, and found the course laid out useful romance-specific tips and tricks. I'll definitely consider taking more Cassandra Carr courses in the future. ~ Chico

What previous attendees say about Kris's classes:

This is an AMAZING class!
Not only is Kris the most engaging, thoughtful and competent instructor imaginable, she also shifted my mindset regarding "backstory" by 180°, taught me to "see" that backstory IS story, and she provided tons of tools and exercises to get the job done.
I enjoyed every single sentence in this class and learned WAY more about writing than just the nuts and bolts of "backstory".
