Price: £17 Dave Johns From Byker to BAFTAs + Q&A Sunday 12 Oct 8:00pm Dave Johns has been a stand-up comic for nearly 30 years, touring his show worldwide. Best known for his critically acclaimed performance in Ken Loach's 2016 Palme D'Or and BAFTA winning film I, Daniel Blake. Join Dave this autumn for his new stand up show: From Byker to BAFTAs. Gracefool Collective, an award-winning, up and coming theatre company brings their signature concoction of wildly entertaining dance theatre to our stage. Expect to laugh, cry and shimmy along to the classics in this radical re-imagining of our most recognisable ceremonies, as four defiant brides attempt to please everyone and no one, boldly wading through the minefield of tradition, conformity and expectation.
