Make It Harewood at Harewood House, 6-7 July 2019

With full details of the weekend festival:

Introducing Make It Harewood

A packed weekend festival of hands-on workshops, demos, markets and more …

We are delighted to announce a brand new festival at Harewood in partnership with Hole & Corner who have curated a inspiring and exciting weekend as part of Useful/Beautiful: Why Craft Matters.

On
Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July, the Courtyard at Harewood will be transformed into a hive of creativity. With workshops and demos from throwing pottery, carving spoons, natural dying and sculpting with paper, visitors will have the opportunity to get hands on and learn from some of the leading talents in their respective fields.

As well as a range of intimate workshops for smaller groups, we will have drop-in sessions and beginners activities for all the family, including three model making sessions each day with the world-famous
Aardman Studio.
