Mars rovers, slime-making, space VR, life-size videogames and a 12-metre rocket ship... It can only be Bradford Science Festival!
Bradford Science Festival is a free weekend of surprising science in the city, packed with activities, demos and games for the whole family. This year’s festival will explore a range of fascinating themes, including space travel, chemistry and caring for the environment. With new venues joining the fun, it’s set to be bigger and better than ever!





HELLO UNIVERSE

This summer, join us for a mesmerising journey through the incredible sights and sounds of space.
Look up and fuel your curiosity. Imagine remote galaxies and wonder who—or what—is out there. Hello Universe will take you on a voyage, from the earliest paintings of planets to today’s super-high definition photographs of deepest space.

It’s back! The adventures of Woody, Buzz and the gang continue in another rollercoaster of a movie, which promises to pull on the heartstrings and tickle the funny bones of kids and grown-ups alike. 

TODDLER TIME
Do you remember the excitement of your first trip to the cinema? Toddler Time is exclusively for preschool children and their parers or carers, and brings you a selection of shows for the little ones – on the big screen!

KIDS CLUB
Join Picturehouse at National Science and Media Museum every Saturday and enjoy the magic of a morning at the movies. Featuring popular family films as well as a range of wonderful classics beckoning to be rediscovered on the big screen!
