"Extremely detailed report with some fascinating insights to bring my script to the next level. Great service!"

- Cian, verified client review by unique PayPal Code, November 2017

"It's all encompassing and very structured analysis... This really is a thorough work-over. The reviewer is candid, plainly know what they're talking about and don't pull punches... this is great value for money... This is serious stuff from serious people who manifestly care about their art, their industry, the profession in which they operate. They're going to be a vital part of my process now... I have no hesitation in giving a 5 STAR RATING.

"The most ordinary word, when put into place, suddenly acquires brilliance. That is the brilliance with which your images must shine."

- Robert Bresson
Script o' the Month

With LOGAN, Michael Green and Scott Frank & James Mangold exploded the expectations (and limitations) of what a superhero movie could be. An elegiac requiem for a character that's become a pop culture staple, LOGAN is more than the tenth instalment in the X-Men franchise (who's counting?): it's a powerful Western in its own right.

The Random Tip

Every month we list an unorthodox tip relating to writing and creativity in general.

Ideas begin as avant-garde and filter into the mainstream. Yesterday's underground cinema is tomorrow's fashion film. It never hurts to be paying attention!
That Awesome Scene

We're avid YouTubers here at IS, and in honour of the sheer learning and discovery available on this beautiful creation, we look back at an amazing film or TV scene.

This month: BIG
Thanks for reading!

Finally, we need your creative wizardry. Give anonymous feedback about this newsletter here, apply to write for us here, apply to volunteer here, and apply to become a paid script consultant here. Phew! Thank you Paris, and good night!
