Dear
Reader,
|
As people were casting their
votes in ballot boxes around the land, I was frolicking around in
some beautiful, ancient woods in Sussex with 30 others from all
industries – impact investment; climate tech; HR; marketing;
brand leaders. We were there with regenerative
leadership coach Giles Hutchins to share an experience of connectedness in
nature: to sense the aliveness of the trees; to be aware of the
different smells emanating from different areas; to feel the
earth beneath our feet, knowing that a handful of the stuff has
more bacteria in it than the total population of the world.
Nature is a wonder – and we are nature, but we were
questioning how can we and our businesses operate more in sync
with her? Brands such as Vivobarefoot, House of Hackney and Faith
in Nature are leading the way… and the way feels good. Our next
issue is dedicated to nature… look out for it.

Have a great week.

The
Cotswolds’ new celebrity pub
|
The nation’s favourite farmer, Jeremy Clarkson, is going into the pub business – rather like
his former TV buddy, James May. He’s admitted that, ‘You would have
to be mad to buy one,’ so can we expect a new hit show to fund it:
Clarkson’s Pub, anyone?

Your mouth is just as important as your gut
when it comes to microbial health – but how should we go about
keeping it in tip-top shape?
Start by ditching the Listerine…
