Batley Theatre!
This month, come and discover some of the
amazing local talent Huddersfield has to offer in Huddersfield's Got Talent! On
Sat 24 August, local singers, dancers, magicians,
comedians, and more will take to our outdoor stage,
performing in front of a panel of special judges for the
chance to win something BIG! A part of our 30th birthday
celebrations, all money from ticket sales will go towards
our 30th birthday fundraising. Click

Comedy Festival

Get ready to laugh your socks off in the
surroundings of our beautiful courtyard at our first ever
Courtyard Comedy Festival!
Across the weekend some of the UK's best
comedians and freshest new comedy talent will take to our
outdoor stage for a festival full of laughs.
Hosted by our regular Comedy Cellar compère
Anthony J Brown, your Friday line-up includes Paul Sinha,
Shazia Mirza and Eva Bindeman.

Saturday's bill features Marlon Davis, Scott
Bennett, Jack Carroll and local comedians competing for the
Lawrence Batley Theatre Best New Yorkshire Act Award.

Grab a drink from the bar and enjoy some top

thirtieth year, we need to raise £30,000 to keep on
making an impact in Huddersfield - and we need your
help! As a registered charity (No. 510693), we rely
on the amazing support of our community to keep
engaging local people in the arts for another 30
years to come.
