No one does summer like the Southbank Centre. From music and more on our free Riverside Stage, to the much-loved Appearing Rooms fountain, food pop-ups and free art installations, we’re ready to welcome visitors big and small.

SAT 13 JUL & SUN 14 JUL

When a storm swallows up their house, Anastasiia and her dog Djonnik have to look for a new one. Join them to explore what makes a house a home, through animated paintings and music.

This production is inspired by creator Anastasiia Liubchenko’s personal story. She left her house in Ukraine to find a new home in the Netherlands. For ages 2 – 7

This event is a Relaxed Performance (RP).

Frankie Goes to Bollywood

WED 31 JUL – SUN 18 AUG

Expect dazzling dance, epic songs and sweeping romance in this new musical drawing on real stories of British women navigating the glitzy world of Bollywood. For ages 8+

The performance at 2.30pm on Saturday 3 August is Captioned.

The performance at 2.30pm on Thursday 8 August is British Sign Language interpreted (BSL).

Audio Description is available for the performance at 2.30pm on Thursday 15 August.

Honk the golden tree, bang the metal teapots and chime the rainbow bells in our marvellous, musical playground for all the family.

Come along and listen as young musicians from Brixton Hill Music Centre and In Harmony Lambeth join together to showcase their amazing musical skills.

The Elmer Adventure

WED 30 OCT – SUN 3 NOV

Join three friends on a joyful jungle adventure in Tall Stories’ magical, musical adaptation of the much-loved Elmer books by David McKee. For ages 3+

The performances at 2pm on Thursday 31 October and 1pm on Saturday 2 November are British Sign Language Interpreted (BSL).

Audio Description and a Touch Tour available for the performance at 2pm on Sunday 3 November.

Expect surprises, silliness, scares and rocking new songs in a brand new magical, musical adventure for all the family, based on the book by musician and author Tom Fletcher.
