My Christmas break can be
summed up by wellies and table tennis. The wellies were barely
off as we battled against storms Pia, Gerit and Henk (that
rain!), but time indoors was spent sharpening my ping-pong skills
(on a very old table retrieved from the murky depths of the
garage). Is there anything more satisfying than the front hand
smash that finally connects? So, my sporting predictions for 2024
are a move aside for padel and pickle, and a move forward for darts
(bravo Luke Littler) and ping-pong…
