Murder Most Foul

Join us in our Local Studies Library, amongst the city’s most comprehensive newspaper archive, for a truly criminal evening with authors Blessin Adams and HHJ Wendy Joseph KC. Our special guests will be introducing Blessin’s absorbing new book and talking about her extensive research process. With reference to their professional experience they will also discuss the similarities and differences between murder now and murder then, reflect upon how the shifting values in Society have resulted in legal reform leaving the audience to ask if they believe the media fuels our obsession with murder and those accused of the crime or if it has a more responsible role today.
