We want our Writers' Award Showcase to be accessible to as many people as possible. It's a national writing competition with audiences all across the UK.

If you aren't local to London or able to travel, you can tune in FREE to our live-streamed showcase. Discover the twelve emerging writers who’ve won this year’s Creative Future Writers’ Award in an evening hosted by novelist Dorothy Koomson and poet Joelle Taylor.

At the Showcase you'll hear each of our winners read their winning pieces, alongside work by our 2022 Award judges.

All the winning submissions are published in an anthology, How It Started, available in hard copy (and in future as an eBook), which can be ordered on our website here.

If you would like to enter the competition next year, the best way to see what gets through to prize level is to read our anthologies.
