With thanks to Country and Town House, here are five things you won't want to miss and seven films to look out for at Sundance:

What are your wellness goals looking like this year? At magazines we
tend to trot out the tried and tested formula of ‘new year new you’ as a
galvanising tool to make us get healthier, thinner, fitter, less
stressed. And with the global wellness industry said to be worth $4.5
trillion and rising, the appetite is there to be sated. It’s up to the
individual though to cut through the marketing hype to decide what really
works for them. For me, wellness means walking, time with family and
friends, a good book and a vigorous Peloton of a morning (Mr Big’s untimely
demise notwithstanding). Our new
issue out now is full of wellness suggestions – take from
it what works for you.
Have
a great week.

WHAT’S
EXCITING ME THIS WEEK

OUR NEW
ONLINE BOOK CLUB
We love books at C&TH – from my rather twisted penchant for Val
McDermid’s grizzly thrillers to our chief sub, Belinda’s more cerebral
suggestions, we’ve launched the
C&TH book club. First up is Osman Yousefzada’s
mesmerising autobiography The Go-Between.
Plus, don’t miss an unforgettable episode of Break Out Culture this week
with guest
author Bernadine Evaristo.

FILM
SEASON
With the gorgeous Hollywood actress Haley
Bennett on our latest cover, taking the role of Roxanne in
the new version of Cyrano out next month, we pick our highlights from this
year’s Sundance Festival which is on now. I’ll be glued to Kwame
Kwei-Armah’s co-written film 892, which stars
John Boyega as an Iraq war veteran who robs a bank after his disability
cheque fails to materialise.

RIXO'S
DENIM LAUNCH
Fan of Rixo’s bright print dresses? Me too, but now they’ve launched a
brilliant denim range which uses less water and fewer chemicals to
produce. Loving the embroidered detail and flattering cut of their Ellen
dress. For more British denim picks, click
