Writer's Relief Short Prose and Poetry submission deadline, Thursday 16 September

 The deadline is tomorrow:

SHORT PROSE and POETRY ONLY. (Hear words from our clients below)

Deadline is THIS THURSDAY, September 16.

All submissions to our Review Board should be sent using the links on this page: https://writersrelief.com/review_board/

Our Review Board is a team of writers and members of our targeting team who review the work submitted to us to determine if we believe we can or cannot find a home for your work based on present market conditions. If you have any questions, please call the office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ask to speak with Kayla or Catherine.

LIVE CHAT: If you have any questions about what is included in our submission packets to editors, pricing, how our two-month cycles work, whether or not editors are reading now (they are, as the publishing industry starts it busiest time of the publishing year after Labor Day), or any other questions about how our service works, our live chat and phone lines are open between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. I invite you to reach out to our fantastic team of submission strategists. Look for the live chat icon on our website or call (866) 405-3003.

Hire us to do the research and the legwork involved in making submissions, and you'll have more time to write. We have a service for every budget.

NOTE: This is a SPECIAL CALL. We are reading work in these genres only. Please do not send book manuscripts, children’s books, or poetry chapbooks/collections at this time.

* Poetry (9 - 12 individual poems)
* Short Fiction/Personal Essays

Deadline for submissions is just around the corner: THIS Thursday, September 16.

Admission to our client list is by invitation only and after Review Board approval, so please send your best writing. Fewer than 20% of applications are accepted, so send your strongest work.

Submission guideline information and Review Board link may be found here: https://writersrelief.com/review_board/

We’ve been helping creative writers find the best markets for their work for over 27 years. If your writing is strong, we may be able to help you too.

Be well and keep writing. It’s a great time to submit your work.
