Square Chapel Arts Centre FREE 181 Anne Lister Celebration weekend

With details of the free weekend celebration and other upcoming events:

Join us to celebrate the life of Anne Lister!

Join us for a chance to hear three of the women closest to the Anne Lister story! From the first modern-day transcriber of the diaries, Helena Whitbread; to Jill Liddington, the academic feminist historian; to Janet Lea, author of a newly published book on the ‘Gentleman Jack’ phenomenon. This Q&A is part of the 181 Anne Lister Celebration Weekend put together by The Piece Hall.

This is a FREE event, Friday 24th September, 1pm-3pm.
