When is Square Chapel reopening?
Square Chapel will reopen in phases from Friday 3rd September
for our first event of the season. This will be the start of our
phased reopening which we hope will help support our future in
keeping our venue open and our customers and teams safe.
Will the bar be open?
The bar will be open an hour before and during events,
shows and films for visitors. This is in order to keep the number of
the people in the building to a minimum. We want Square Chapel to be
a safe and welcoming space for our visitors to return to and to
ensure this we are taking small steps to safely get all facilities
back open for you to enjoy. The last thing that we want to do is to
have to close our doors again due to a COVID outbreak.

Will the café be open?
As part of our phased reopening, our café will not open
for the time being. This is in order to keep the number of the people
in the building to a minimum. The café will be open in phase two of
our plans and will open from mid to late October.
We want Square Chapel to be a safe and welcoming space
for our visitors to return to and so to ensure this we are taking
small steps to safely get all facilities back open for you to enjoy.
The last thing that we want to do is to have to close our doors again
due to a COVID outbreak.
What has changed at Square Chapel?
Tickets and Box Office: We no longer have a full-time box office onsite. In
order provide the best service for you, we are now using Quaytickets
as our ticket provider. This new and much improved service allows you
to choose your seats where applicable, securely book online, and over
the phone 7 days a week.
Staffing teams: Square Chapel
is now under new management and that also means most of our staff are
new to the building and organisation. Please bear with us as we
support our staff to become familiar with the new surroundings and
public events after 18 months of the building being closed and most
staff out of work and or on furlough during that period.
When should I arrive for my event?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your event
starts. This will allow plenty of time for us to check tickets, Venue
Pass confirmations and for you to comfortably find your seats. Our
doors will be open 1 hour before each event starts.
Do I need an NHS COVID Pass to visit?
No but we do require all visitors to complete our Venue
Pass form. This is our way of knowing the COVID status of everyone
visiting our building. This information will be used for monitoring
purposes only. Click here to complete the form.
How are you keeping
everyone safe?
|
Our main priority is to keep your venue open. And so, we
ask all visitors and our teams to complete our Venue Pass form before
entering the building. We’ll also be wearing face coverings, cleaning
down all surfaces in between events and providing hand sanitiser
stations throughout the building.
|
Thank you all for your patience, kindness and
understanding. We’ll be in touch with all updates and announcements
by email and on our social media pages too.
