Yesterday at Brighouse Cinema, 19 December

With details of the showing and change of venue:

WE'RE MOVING
The Brighouse Community Cinema is moving. Our next screening will be at
St John the Divine Church Hall Rastrick,(HD6 1HL),
near the train station.

After many years at the Assembly Rooms we've had to admit that moving all the equipment up and down all those stairs has finally defeated us!!
We're moving to St John's Church Hall for our next screening.
. Our new venue only has one or two steps and a built in screen making our lives a lot easier.
We're all volunteers and all proceeds are returned to the charity.
Everything continues as before..... only the venue has changed.

Thursday 19th December
Doors open 7pm. Film showing 7.30pm

St John the Divine Church Hall, Rastrick, HD6 1HL

Jack Malik is a struggling singer-songwriter in an English seaside town whose dreams of fame are rapidly fading, despite the fierce devotion and support of his childhood best friend, Ellie. After a freak bus accident during a mysterious global blackout, Jack wakes up to discover that The Beatles have never existed. Performing songs by the greatest band in history to a world that has never heard them, Jack becomes on overnight sensation with a little help from his agent.
“A hopeless songwriter wakes up to find he’s the only person who can remember the Fab Four’s hits in a wacky, winning comedy directed by Danny Boyle.” GUARDIAN
