WIDESCREEN WEEKEND OPENS ON THURSDAY   Our festival celebrating large-screen film formats and cinema technologies, Widescreen Weekend, opens this week. From screenings of classic films such as The Fortune Cookie, staring Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon, to talks from industry insiders like costume designer Jane Petrie, the programme is packed with fantastic events.
