As today is World Mental Health Day, we thought we would share this link from the Arts Council:- Wellbeing through Arts and Culture.   Do have a read and find out how arts and culture can improve our health and wellbeing!
Also this week is Local Democracy Week and there are still lots of events for you to attend and get involved in if you want to learn more about local democracy.
