As one of the most
exciting and progressive hubs for media, tech and digital businesses in the
country, MediaCityUK is set to launch Arrive, a new creative office space to
meet increasing demand.
The cutting edge, high spec space will transform three
storeys of White from floors four to six and will feature a 50-seater
auditorium, communal hub, private meeting rooms, break-out areas with
stunning views across MediaCityUK, as well as a quirky outside terrace.
Arrive will provide office space for businesses which
require as little as 360 sq ft accommodating six desks, up to 1,700 sq ft
which can hold up to 20 desks.

Atlas Residential and IP Investment Management are to
forward-fund a £55m private rental scheme (PRS) of apartments at MediaCityUK.
Peel Land and Property will act as development manager
for the project, which will utilise the plot next to the Lightbox apartments,
currently under construction at MediaCityUK.
Bouygues UK is expected to start construction in
October on the 190,000 sqft development, which will comprise 238 apartments
and reach 19 storeys. Of the apartments, 134 will be one-bedroom, 85 two-bedroom
and 19 three-bedroom.

clinic from 9th October, with experienced and fully qualified practitioner,
Mandy Laing. Mandy treats physical, mental and emotional problems and is

online-only TV campaign for bathroom retailer, Victoria Plum.
Directed by
award-winning Phil Hawkins, the 'Family Moments' campaign which launched with
a 60-second version, during the ad-break for the return of The X Factor on
Saturday 2nd September, has received enormous reach and reaction.

B2B, has announced the appointment of three new team members across its
client services and digital teams following a series of new business wins.
Joining the team as Account Director, Martin
Dixon brings 15 years’ industry experience in integrated marketing
communications across a broad range of b2b sectors. Front-end Developer Kamil
Albrycht will work closely with the current digital team on UX strategy and
bringing web concepts and designs to life. Kai Trenbath joins the business as
Web Developer. With a design background academically, Kai has a keen eye for
detail and experience in both front-end development and SEO.

freelance successfully: finance and networking for creatives’.

Lightwaves digital art

Quays Culture invites you
to attend a special launch of its annual Lightwaves17 digital art festival.
This year they have two new commissions as well as
other selected artworks from the world of technology and outdoor art.
Creative Producer, Lucy Dusgate, will host the event which includes
introductions from the artists and a guided tour of the digital light artworks
here at MediaCityUK.
