A Closer Look: Banff and the Banffshire Coast

Unwind along the Banffshire Coast also known as the stunning "Dolphin Coast", where charming fishing villages, sandy beaches, and fresh seafood await.

Head to Portsoy and treat yourself to award-winning Portsoy Ice Cream or explore local history at The Salmon Bothy museum, which also hosts music events and folk performances.  Don't forget to mark your calendar for the Scottish Traditional Portsoy Boat Festival, a weekend of celebrations in June.

Venture inland to Aberchirder, known as 'Foggieloan' or 'Foggie.' Established in 1764 and perched 500ft above sea level, this historic village boasts stunning vistas of the surrounding countryside, offering a picturesque retreat for visitors.

The North-east of Scotland has so much to offer, this is just the beginning of your adventure.
