real treat, Rush Hour Jazz – John and
Kathy Dyson. This husband and wife team is Kathy Dyson, jazz
guitarist, composer, researcher and educator and John Dyson, saxophone
player specialising in modern jazz, playing tenor, alto, and soprano
saxophones. Seven Bar.

the only murder mystery that YOU’RE an accessory to! This month solve a
mystery murder set in a spy movie. Seven

8th November, 7.30pm, two performances of Townsend Theatre
Productions – Behold Ye Ramblers, a new play by Neil Gore
about The Clarion newspaper and the organisations formed by its
readership. These early Edwardian pioneers promoted socialism and
healthy outdoor pursuits, organising expeditions actoss open moors and
mountains whilst campaigning the right to roam. Seven Venue. £12.
Autumn Sessions – Leeds
City Stompers , the 4-6pm
slot on Saturday 9th
November. Leeds City Stompers are flying the flag of 1920s
& 30s blues, jazz, swing and ragtime, who with their mixture of
traditional tunes and originals they have played most major blues and
jazz festivals. Seven

November, 8pm, Rob Dylan Band – Rolling
Thunder Revue, performing the music of Bob Dylan and The
Band in a Rolling Thunder style. They have been entertaining audiences
for many years with their dynamic and powerful shows filled with songs
from one of the world’s greatest songwriters. Seven Venue. £12.
A real treat for guitar lovers on Sunday
10th November, 1.30-4pm, JazzLeeds – Jamie Taylor
Quartet featuring John Stowell. Leeds Conservatoire’s Jamie
Taylor puts together a special quartet with three of his favourite
musicians from either side of the Atlantic as he teams up with John
Stowell, visiting from the US and without doubt one of the most
original jazz guitarists of his generation. Doors 1pm. £12 / £10 conc. £12 on the door.

Get ready to test your knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere at the Seven Quiz on Sunday 10th November,
7.30pm. The best quiz in Chapel Allerton and great way to
