The minutes were passed from the previous meeting.
WIP updates: Karen has been concentrating on work for her own business. Reuben tried to rewrite a chapter and hit a brick wall but has now got a solution and explained his idea for a new project. David has been getting Changing Tastes ready for the Bruntwood submission and written a 7-800 word short story for Listening to Frogs and a 6-700 word Bonfire night piece for the Writing Challenge which he brought along for feedback.

Writing plans: Karen will be continuing work on her own business. Reuben will rewrite his chapter. David will be working on Changing Tastes.
Feedback sessions: David shared his story on Changing Tastes which lead to an interesting discussion on what is and what isn't controversial in a story. He then shared his Writing Challenge piece which brough back some lovely 5th of November nostalgia.
Next meeting/Christmas Do will take place on 9 December (to be decided at 25 November meeting).
There will then be a break for Christmas/New Year with suggested return of Monday 6 January 2025.
