The 2024 Huddersfield Contemporary Music
Festival (hcmf//) starts this month with a packed
10-day programme of over 50 events across Huddersfield. The festival
runs from 15 - 24 November and is the UK's largest international
festival of new and experimental music. If you've not been before,
why not give it a try this year?
If you enjoy live music
this Saturday is the day for you! On 9 Nov the Yours to Keep
festival returns with live music performances taking place across the
Parish and Northern Quarter venues in Huddersfield.
The Culture Lab project
continues around Holmfirth on Saturday 9 November with a short walk
with artist Ellie Waters to share and collect stories of the area. Culture Lab is an
engagement project for residents to share their experiences and ideas
about their local area, as part of Kirklees Council's development of
a new Cultural Strategy.
