Spicy, rich and beautifully complex, this 21 Year Old from Redbreast is a fine expression of Irish whiskey. Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon & oloroso sherry casks, the nose oozes smashed peanuts, pineapple and caramelised apples, with prunes, sherried nuttiness and wisps of menthol on the palate. His musical themes vary from romantic and light, to sensual and moody and is inspired by real-life love interests and experiences.   THURSDAY - HARDBOP   9:00pm - 11:30pm The Domino Conga Quartet The Domino Conga Quartet is an exciting new combo featuring some of Leeds' premier jazz musicians performing their favorite standards with an afro-cuban tinge.   FRIDAY - THE DOMINO SOUND   8:30pm - 11:00pm Leeds City Stompers  With their beloved 1930s drum kits, shiny resonator guitars, tweed suits, washboards, double basses, banjos and brogues they bring to life distant music forms that have informed all the pop, rock, bop and soul music that came after.   11:45am - 2am The Domino Rhythm & Blues Band  The Domino Rhythm and blues band are back for our late-night sessions with 2 sets of blistering Rhythm and Blues from Midnight - 2am!   SATURDAY - FUNK & GROOVE   8:30pm - 11:00pm Domino Funk & Soul Band  The funkiest house band in the country are back! Featuring the legendary Haggis Horns Rhythm section alongside The Reverand Cleve 'Funky Butt Chunky' Freckleton.   11:45pm - 2am  Brand New Bag  Leeds latest Funk Soul and Hip Hop band. Brand New Bag are Packed full of flavor and built for the dancefloor.   SUNDAY - ROOTS   9:00pm - 11:30pm   Harry Orme   Vocalist and guitarist Harry Orme has been entertaining audiences across the UK and Europe for more than a decade.
