Spicy, rich and beautifully complex, this 21 Year Old from Redbreast is a fine expression of Irish whiskey. Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon & oloroso sherry casks, the nose oozes smashed peanuts, pineapple and caramelised apples, with prunes, sherried nuttiness and wisps of menthol on the palate.
