A report published last month unveiled that off screen disabled contribution to programming only increased by 1% from 2016 to 2021, pointing towards much needed improvements. BAFTA nominations for Skills Fund contributors

The BAFTA nominations announcement saw ten productions that contributed to ScreenSkills Skills Funds receive nominations across 14 categories. We thank each of them for their contribution and wish them luck for the awards, held on 19 February.

 

 

 

Animation Skills Fund contributors receive nominations for Annie Awards

Three productions that contributed to the Animation Skills Fund have been nominated for this year's Annie Awards, one of the animation sector's highest honours. Congratulations to each of the productions and thank you for your contributions.

 

 

 

Mental health training: guidance for employers

ScreenSkills and The Film and TV Charity have partnered to launch Mental Health Training: Guidance for Employers, a new framework to support people in the film and TV sectors responsible for mental health training.

 

 

 

ScreenSkills e-learning 

Two series of online e-learning modules are available on the ScreenSkills website. Getting into the screen industries aims to support those looking to get their first break in the industry, while the Work Well series is designed to give everyone in the screen industries the tools to help create a better, more welcoming and inclusive place to work.
